I
always feel “smart” after watching National Geographic. Now, instead of
feeling like a juvenile goof playing games on my mobile, perhaps I can
feel a little smarter on my cell now too.
As it turns out, National Geographic Ventures has announced the formation of a mobile division.
Naturally, for companies like National Geographic, it’s all about distributing content. “With the launch of National Geographic Mobile, we are pleased to partner with leading carriers and global handset manufacturers, aggregators and developers to share our library of award-winning photos, video and new properties,” the company’s Ted Prince stated.
